電工鋼硅鋼片供方可采用不同的檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收測試，發(fā)生爭議時(shí)，應(yīng)采用本文件規(guī)定的檢驗(yàn)和試驗(yàn)方法及相關(guān)的技術(shù)要求進(jìn)行測試。9 判定與復(fù)驗(yàn)規(guī)則產(chǎn)品的判定與復(fù)驗(yàn)規(guī)則應(yīng)符合 GB/T 17505 的規(guī)定。規(guī)定的磁性能及工藝性能檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目中，如有某一項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果不符合本文件要求，則從同一批中再任取雙倍數(shù)量的試樣進(jìn)行該不合格項(xiàng)目的復(fù)驗(yàn)。復(fù)驗(yàn)結(jié)果(包括該項(xiàng)目試驗(yàn)所要求的所有指標(biāo))合格，則整批合格。復(fù)驗(yàn)結(jié)果(包括該項(xiàng)目試驗(yàn)所要求的所有指標(biāo))即使有一個(gè)指標(biāo)不合格，則復(fù)驗(yàn)不合格。如復(fù)驗(yàn)不合格，則已做試驗(yàn)且試驗(yàn)結(jié)果不合的單件不能驗(yàn)收，但該批材料中未做試驗(yàn)的單件可逐件重新提交試驗(yàn)和驗(yàn)收。

電工鋼硅鋼片1882~1995年主要是熱軋硅鋼的發(fā)展階段。1903年美國和德國首先開始生產(chǎn)熱軋硅鋼。1905年美國（英國在1906年）已經(jīng)大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)，在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)全部替代了普通低碳鋼板制造電機(jī)和變壓器。由于冷軋無取向硅鋼的磁感、吉林遼源當(dāng)?shù)罔F損、吉林遼源當(dāng)?shù)貨_剪加工性、吉林遼源當(dāng)?shù)乇砻尜|(zhì)量和絕緣涂層等質(zhì)量性能都大大優(yōu)于熱軋硅鋼，并且熱軋產(chǎn)品不能成卷生產(chǎn)，降低了沖片效率，60年代主要的工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá) 都陸續(xù)停止生產(chǎn)熱軋硅鋼。1957年，前西德阿什姆斯在實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)生產(chǎn)出了雙取向硅鋼片（立方織構(gòu)的硅鋼）。沿軋向和橫向都有很高的磁性，但尚在實(shí)驗(yàn)室階段，未投入工業(yè)生產(chǎn)。

The iron loss (PT) of electrical steel includes three parts: hysteresis loss, eddy current loss (Pe), and anomalous loss (Pa). Electrical steel plates have low iron loss, which can save a lot of electricity, prolong the operating time of motors and transformers, and simplify cooling devices. Due to the iron loss of electrical steel plates, which accounts for 2.5％ to 4.5％ of the annual electricity generation in various countries, countries always try their best to reduce iron loss in the production of electrical steel plates, and use iron loss as the most important indicator to assess the magnetic properties of products. The iron loss value of products is used as the basis for classifying product grades. Cold rolled oriented electrical steel: Cold rolled oriented electrical steel is a high-end product in the field of electrical steel. Compared with cold rolled non oriented electrical steel, its magnetism has strong directionality； It has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the direction of easy magnetization rolling. The iron loss of oriented steel strip in the rolling direction is only 1/3 of that in the transverse direction, and the ratio of magnetic permeability is 6:1.
