電工鋼硅鋼片硅鋼性能指標電工鋼疊片鐵芯與銅線通過電磁感應(yīng)做功，鐵芯通過形成交變磁場發(fā)揮作用。鐵芯運行過程中自身耗能和鐵芯磁化能力決定電器設(shè)備核心性能，如功率、山東萊蕪體積、山東萊蕪效率、山東萊蕪質(zhì)量以及綜合運行成本。所以，電工鋼的性能指標要求有下列幾項：1) 鐵芯損耗P：電工鋼鐵芯在勵磁與退磁過程中額外消耗電能轉(zhuǎn)化成熱量稱為鐵損，單位為W/kg，是劃分產(chǎn)品牌號的主要依據(jù)。鐵損由磁滯損耗Ph、山東萊蕪渦流損耗Pe和反常損耗Pa組成。三種鐵損分別與晶粒尺寸、山東萊蕪有利織構(gòu)比例和板帶質(zhì)量對應(yīng)。所以，取向和無取向電工鋼中這三種損耗占比不同，如無取向硅鋼的鐵損以Ph為主，取向硅鋼中則以Pe為主。根據(jù)使用條件不同，無取向硅鋼的鐵損保證值取P1.5/50，即硅鋼片在50Hz交變磁場下磁化到1.5T時所消耗的電能，而取向硅鋼相應(yīng)的鐵損保證值為P1.7/50。

Cold rolled oriented electrical steel: Cold rolled oriented electrical steel is a high-end product in the field of electrical steel. Compared with cold rolled non oriented electrical steel, its magnetism has strong directionality； It has superior high magnetic permeability and low loss characteristics in the direction of easy magnetization rolling. The iron loss of oriented steel strip in the rolling direction is only 1/3 of that in the transverse direction, and the ratio of magnetic permeability is 6:1.
