英特爾發(fā)布新一代Optane Memory M15，采用PCIe 3.0 x4接口，NVMe 1.1協(xié)議標(biāo)準(zhǔn)， 順序讀寫(xiě)速度分別達(dá)2000MB/s、900 MB/s， 隨機(jī)寫(xiě)入速度分別達(dá)450k IOPS、220k IOPS，相較于ptane Memory M10采用的PCIe 3.0 x2接口速度更快，提供16GB, 32GB,64GB容量選擇，預(yù)計(jì)將于2019年第三季度上市。

技嘉在在臺(tái)北電腦展上發(fā)布了旗下 Aorus NVMe Gen4 SSD，速度達(dá)到5000MB/s，主要是針對(duì)創(chuàng)作影音工作者所需剪輯轉(zhuǎn)檔的效率應(yīng)用，可以作為系統(tǒng)啟動(dòng)盤(pán)。另外，技嘉的Aorus PCIe 4.0 SSD將推出1TB和2TB版本，不過(guò)該產(chǎn)品目前處于開(kāi)發(fā)的 階段，尚未確定推出日期。
