軟管泵是由泵殼、轉子體、機座、軟管、減速電機以及電控系統(tǒng)等部分組成。轉子體旋轉，轉子體上的一對壓輥沿著一根特制的膠管旋轉，壓輥與泵殼產(chǎn)生的擠壓力將膠管壓扁，在管子自身彈性和側導輥的作用下，通過恢復原狀產(chǎn)生的真空吸入物料，物料從管內排出，這樣往復循環(huán)。
