軟管泵是由泵殼、轉(zhuǎn)子體、機座、軟管、減速電機以及電控系統(tǒng)等部分組成。轉(zhuǎn)子體旋轉(zhuǎn)，轉(zhuǎn)子體上的一對壓輥沿著一根特制的膠管旋轉(zhuǎn)，壓輥與泵殼產(chǎn)生的擠壓力將膠管壓扁，在管子自身彈性和側(cè)導(dǎo)輥的作用下，通過恢復(fù)原狀產(chǎn)生的真空吸入物料，物料從管內(nèi)排出，這樣往復(fù)循環(huán)。
The hose pump is composed of pump casing, rotor body, frame, hose, reduction motor and electronic control system. The rotor body rotates, and a pair of pressure rollers on the rotor body rotates along a special rubber hose. The squeezing force generated by the pressure roller and the pump casing will flatten the rubber hose. 1、軟管的更換與調(diào)整
（1）更換軟管時，先將兩端管卡螺栓松掉，并將管卡拆下，再將其中一端的吊圈螺栓松掉，將一端短管從膠管中抽出，點動電機將膠管自泵內(nèi)推出；然后將新的軟管從拆下短管的一端插入泵殼與壓輥之間，點動電機，將軟管裝入；再將吊圈固定、管卡裝上，至此更換任務(wù)完成。尤其注意再安裝軟管時，務(wù)必將軟管與泵殼貼緊，確認(rèn)后方能投入正常運行。
（2）軟管使用200小時左右，可將軟管轉(zhuǎn)動90度，對單管軟管泵除轉(zhuǎn)動方向外，還可前后抽動軟管，以改變軟管的壓點，延長軟管的使用壽命。
軟管泵具有輸送強研磨性介質(zhì)的能力。它無閥、無密封，同介質(zhì)接觸的 部件是橡膠軟管的內(nèi)腔，壓縮軟管的轉(zhuǎn)子完全獨立于介質(zhì)之外。
